This notice explains how SalonLab processes personal data for salon owners, staff and booking customers.

1. Controller

The platform is owned by Code Sphere Solutions Ltd (Company No: 15427179, Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). Local setup and support in Türkiye is handled by CBK Yazılım Reklam Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

2. Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone
• Business details: salon name, address, tax information
• Bookings: service, staff, date/time, notes
• Security: session, logs and notification records

3. Purposes

• Creating bookings, email reminders and cancellations
• Salon panel and staff management
• Recognising returning customers
• Meeting legal obligations

4. Sharing

Data may be shared with hosting, email and payment (Stripe) providers only as needed to run the service. CBK Yazılım may access data only when you ask for technical support. We do not send automatic SMS or WhatsApp messages.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as the purpose and applicable limitation periods require, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.

6. Cookies

The marketing site uses strictly necessary cookies (session, security, preference). If you accept cookies, experience or measurement cookies may be enabled later. “Necessary only” keeps only what the site needs. Your choice is stored in the browser.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or objection. Write to [email protected] or open a panel support ticket.
